For a one-bedroom apartment, the security deposit is $640, and for a two-bedroom, it is $705. If you have any questions or need more information, our team is here to help!

Tremont Park Apartments include water, sewer and trash in the rent. Our team is happy to answer any additional questions you may have regarding the utilities. 

At Tremont Park Apartments, we’re pleased to offer parking at no additional cost! Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Tremont Park Apartments does not allow pets. If you have a service animal, please reach out to our team for additional information. 

Tremont Park Apartments offers 12-month lease terms. If you have any questions or need more details about our leasing options, please reach out to our team. 

We’d love to help you through the application process! To get started, please contact our office for details on how to apply. There is a $17 application fee per person aged 18 and older. Once submitted, our Compliance Department will review all applications for approval. Let us know if you have any questions—we’re here to assist!

We ask that you submit the following documents along with your application:

  • Government Identification
  • Copies of Social Security cards for all household members
  • Birth Certificates for household members under the age of 18
  • Gross income of all household members in the form 6 paystubs or award letters
